If you’re interested in the study, complete a short screening questionnaire to help us understand more about you, your skin, the products you use and more
If you’ve been selected to take part in the study, you’ll be notified a few days later and we’ll send your product sample to you in the post
In your package, you’ll receive your product sample as well as a study information sheet containing directions for use and your online feedback questionnaire schedule. Our studies can run anywhere from one day to 12 weeks, so you may only be required to use the product once or you could be asked to test it multiple times over several weeks
The length of the study will determine how many questionnaires you’ll need to answer, and you’ll be notified by email when you have a questionnaire to complete. Honest and timely feedback is crucial for our product testing, so we leave the questionnaire open for three days to ensure we gather as much feedback as possible
Although there’s no payment or compensation for participating in a home user study, you do get to keep the product after the testing is complete.
