On-site research studies

As part of our product development, we carry out studies at our testing centre in Beeston, Nottingham where we have a range of high-tech devices that allow us to look at various aspects of the skin in closer detail and gather objective measurements.

Not only does this help us develop new products, but it also ensures our claims are backed up by real, scientific evidence.

Otheron-site studies

We also conduct research through interactive sessions including interviews, focus groups or workshops led by our in-house researchers.

In these sessions, we’re looking for your thoughts on a range of things from a product’s initial concept and idea (such as packaging and product briefs) to reviewing products in their developmental stages (such as textures and user experience).

These sessions allow us to gather valuable feedback, opinions and preferences directly from consumers like you, to help us refine and enhance our products. It’s an exciting collaborative process that allows you to play a direct role in shaping the future of our products and making sure we’re bringing the best to our customers.
